Can you believe it? This year has gone by in a whirlwind! I want to thank everyone that supported us over the past year. We have trained over 100 people to use the wonderful APQS Millennium Quilting Systems, hosted national and international teachers, had many special industry and charity events, hosted the Central Florida Longarm Guild and expanded to one of the largest selections of wide back fabrics in Florida.
Saturday, November 5, 2011 from 8am to 4pm is the big anniversary sale! Join us for the celebration!

It has taken a few months work but the updated format of our website is here! We now have over 100 bolts of backing fabrics! I am adding them to the fabric page everyday. Wandering Stitches Quilting Studio
Grand Opening
November 6, 2010 9 am to 6 pm and November 7, 2010 11 am to 5 pm
Please stop by the new studio at 5780 Hoffner Avenue, Suite 404, Orlando, FL 32822 and visit us during the Grand Opening! Our open house will allow you to test our APQS Quilting Systems ~ including Millennium, George, Bliss, and Quilt Glide. Come in and play on the longarms, your creations will become part of our studio decor! Refreshments will be served. Door prizes will be given away, including a free Rental Certification Class!
Lots of new classes have been added to the classes page on our website including Freehand Flowers, Using Tools and Pantographs. Rental Certification Classes are listed through December. Sign up now to quilt your own Christmas Quilts!
Would you like to save $50? Anyone that signs up for a rental certification class prior to the Grand Opening receives two free hours of rental time!
We are having a sale on basic edge to edge quilting…a penny a square inch! This price won’t last long so get your tops together and get on the list! Our new Intelliquilter is due anytime now and this price is good for both freehand and computerized basic quilting. Price good through November 15, 2010!
November 17, 2010 at 7pm the Studio is happy to host the first meeting of a longarm quilting guild! We will be the local IMQA Regional Group. Come and help us plan out the next year!

It is with great pleasure that I announce the first classes at Wandering Stitches Quilting Studio. Our new address is 5780 Hoffner Avenue, Suite 404, Orlando, Florida 32822.
Our new studio is almost ready! The products and equipment will arrive over the next week….our Grand Opening will be announced soon!
The first classes begin next week on Friday October 8, 2010 with an APQS Beginner Class. This class is for APQS owners!
The Certification Classes for renting one of our APQS Millennium machines are set for the month of October. The dates are as follows:

Announcing Wandering Stitches Quilting Studio
September 27th, 2010
After much drama and angst….it is my pleasure to announce the opening of Wandering Stitches Quilting Studio in Orlando, Florida. We will have four APQS Millenniums and an APQS George available for rental, test drives and training. The studio will carry longarm supplies…thread, batting, rulers, pantographs, notions. Custom and computerized quilting will be available! The schedule of classes will be released this week.
The studio will be located at Hoffner and Semoran(436), just north of the Orlando Airport. The equipment shipped from Iowa, the thread is coming from Utah, the batting is coming from Virginia….it should all be arriving sometime over the next week.
Look for the announcement of the classes……and sign up quickly, they will fill up fast!!!!!
I can’t wait to welcome you all to the new studio!
