The Central Florida Longarm Guild (we need a name!) is meeting on January 15, 2011, Saturday, 2pm for a hands on meeting. We will be working on beginner techniques. It’s never too late for a refresher! Come meet other longarm quilters and join in the fun!

This weekend, November 6 & 7, Saturday from 9 am to 6 pm and Sunday from 11 am to 5 pm, is the Grand Opening of Wandering Stitches Quilting Studio in Orlando, Florida. We are thrilled to invite everyone to stop in!

Not all the details are finalized but exciting things are in the works here at Wandering Stitches. As soon as I have details they will be published. For those of you that have always wanted to longarm your own quilt, this is exciting news. If you have wanted to take some great longarm classes, this is exciting news! If you have wanted to own your own longarm, this is exciting news. So stay tuned for more information to come.
On a personal note…..this week is exciting for our family. Steve and I’s youngest, David, is graduating from high school and Steve’s parents are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary. So let the party begin!
